house , you how to multiple by 4 and add 1

eg.

1x4=4 2x4=8 3x4=12

4+1=5 8+1=9 12+1=13

5=5 9=9 13=13

How many sticks does it take to make 211 houses?

211 211x4=844

200x4=800 844+1=845

11x4=44 845=845

800+44=844
